IMPORTANT: All orders placed on the website are shipped the next business day. Therefore, if an order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves
Delivery times may vary. Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, sales, or national holidays, processing your order may take one or two days. Therefore, we recommend placing your order in advance during these times.
Shipping Address Change
If you wish to change your shipping address, you must notify us immediately after placing your order at solarciconsbusiness@gmail.com. If you notify us more than 12 hours after placing your order, it will not be possible to change the address.
If the package has already been shipped to the address you provided, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. In that case, we will not be responsible; the customer will need to contact the shipping company.
Customs costs
Solar Icons will not be responsible for any customs costs levied by the customs agency of the destination country. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to assume these costs, if applicable.

The shipping company will make two delivery attempts. If the recipient is not home on either attempt, the package will be returned to Solar Icons' offices. The company is not responsible for orders returned due to undeliverable items.
If this occurs and the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, they will be responsible for the new shipping costs. Once the customer has paid these costs, the package will be reshipped to the address provided.
