RETURNS
Remember to make your return within 14 days. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• If the product has been used, the return will not be processed.
  
• The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our offices at their own risk and expense. They must ensure that it arrives undamaged.
  
• Only the price of the product will be refunded; the shipping cost is non-refundable.
  
• Returns are no longer possible after 14 calendar days.
  
• If you wish to return an entire order exceeding €60, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  
• Solar Icons reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received. We are not responsible if the package sent by the customer is lost or misplaced during shipping.
